What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times generally vary between 3 and 5 days in mainland France.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns but not exchanges. The buyer has fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without paying any penalties, except for return shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?
We are committed to providing you with fast and efficient service. All orders placed on our site are carefully prepared and shipped the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the information you need to track your package.
Can I pick up my order via click and collect?
Yes, we offer a click and collect service only on Sundays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at our premises (address after payment)
How long does it take to get a refund after returning my order?
Once the return is received, the items will undergo our quality control process, which can take up to 5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to finalize the refund.
